Go about 5 miles into High Springs and go to the second traffic light in High Springs and turn RIGHT onto US Highway 27.

Take exit 399 which is US Highway 441 Alachua, and go North about 5 miles on 441 to High Springs.
At first light in High Springs go LEFT onto Main Street (see map) and
Follow to the next Light and go RIGHT onto US Highway 27.

Take 441 north to High Springs.
Entering High Spring on U.S 441 at the first light go LEFT onto Main Street (see map) and
